Æon Suspending Publication. 19 November 2008 After four years of publication, Æon Speculative Fiction, the quarterly electronic magazine published by Quintamid Publishing Inc., is suspending publication effective immediately. All submissions are being returned, and authors of the brilliant stories currently in inventory will have the option to be published in "The End of an Æon" anthology, to be released in 2009. Editors Bridget and Marti McKenna would like to thank the SF community for making the last four years far more interesting for us and our readers than they otherwise would have been, and we look forward to continuing to work with all of you through The Internet Review of Science Fiction. Aeon Takes a Break From Submissions 04 June 2008 Due to a backlog of submissions needing our attention, Aeon is temporarily closed to submissions. For the next few weeks we’re going be putting our efforts into digging through our submissions backlog and replying to authors who’ve been waiting too long to hear from us, while also implementing some exciting changes in content delivery.
